To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in its original packaging and condition. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products. Additionally, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products purchased through third-party retailers.

Refund Process
To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us at info@geetasyrup.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping and handling costs for returning the item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Products
