We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. However, in rare cases where issues may arise, we offer an exchange policy under the following conditions:

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only under the following circumstances: 

1. Expired Products: If the product delivered to you is past its expiry date.
   
2. Broken Bottle: If the bottle is received in a broken or heavily damaged condition.
3. Seal Opened: If the seal of the bottle is tampered with or opened upon delivery.
4. Damaged or Substandard Product: If the product is visibly spoiled, leaking, or not up to the mark in terms of quality.
5. Incorrect Item Received: If you have received a different item than what you ordered.

Important Conditions for Exchange:

• You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• You must provide clear photogenic evidence of the issue (such as broken packaging, open seal, or wrong item). 
• No refunds will be provided under any circumstances; only product exchanges will be processed.
• The Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement product at no extra cost.

• we reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not comply with our policy.
• We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by courier partners.
• No exchange will be entertained after 24 hours of delivery.
